After your initial enquiry, we will arrange a meeting at your convenience to discuss the visibility and potential of your project.
We can advise you on the process required to get your project underway. If you already have drawings, planning and building regulations in place, we are happy to provide a full specification and fixed price quotation.
We can also arrange Structured Engineer reports, Architects Design and Interior Design.
Before work commences, we can provide a working program and a Cost forecast/Cash flow projection to help you with your funds. Whilst work is in progress, we will regularly brief you on development by email or at site meetings.
When the work is complete, we will leave the site clean, tidy and ready for use. Any relevant instructions and guarantees will be handed over to you. A date will be arranged for us to return and complete any defects, which may have naturally arisen during the first six months.
